FINALLY!

Today’s newsletter is a little different because I actually have something to say besides “hang in there” and “maybe try this on your resume?” (JK. I will absolutely perish on the flaming, dramatic hills of every piece of advice I’ve ever screamed into this newsletter. No regrets.)

When I started The Offer Letter, it was mostly so I didn’t feel like a total useless gremlin while I was building my search firm from scratch and trying to get real jobs and real clients for all of you lovely people who’ve trusted me with your resumes (?? still not over that, btw).

But also (and I mean this) I never wanted to be another one of those crusty recruiting firms that only cares about landing five-figure fees from companies who barely know what they’re hiring for. I wanted to build something that could actually move the needle. Something that could get you into companies that get it. The ones that see you, respect your impact, and prove it with salaries that don’t make you want to walk into the sea.

So today, I’m proud (and slightly highly sleep-deprived) to say: the N+1 Job Board is OFFICIALLY LIVE 🎉

It’s the only place where companies can tap into the Admin Awards universe (aka the raddest, sharpest, most high-functioning EAs on the planet) and it’s built for exactly one kind of hire: YOU.

It took months. It took my developer and designer in India putting up with my panicked messages at all hours. It took code breaking multiple times, including last night at 10pm. There were tears. (Mine.)

But we made it. And now it’s yours.
