Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO and COO
Company:
My client is a dynamic, rapidly growing outpatient provider focused on delivering exceptional behavioral health and substance use treatment for adolescents and young adults. In just five years, the team has scaled from a small startup to over 150 employees and 50% YoY revenue growth, supported by family capital and not outside investor capital. Having cleared the high-risk, early-stage hurdles, they’re now in an exciting phase of expanding into new metro areas and states beyond Texas. By accepting commercial insurance, they can reach a broader patient population while delivering a higher standard of care. The result is an organization with the resources and discipline of a sophisticated large organization, but with the heart, flexibility, and personal commitment to improving access to care of a privately run business, offering employees the best of both worlds.
Role:
You’ll create well-structured schedules with time for prep, travel, and follow-up, preventing conflicts and supporting true focus. You’ll prepare agendas and materials, keep teams informed and ready, turn concepts into clear visuals, and provide high-touch personal support, anticipating needs before they arise.
Team:
This role supports both the CEO and the COO. You’ll join an administrative team that includes an office manager and another executive assistant who supports the chairman of the board and co-founder. As the company continues to grow, there is a clear vision to expand the administrative team to meet the needs of the business. This position offers a long runway for growth in scope, title, and compensation, with the potential to evolve into a Chief of Staff role in the future.

- Needs to have worked in fast-paced, high-pressure pro services environment
